Chandra West (b. 1970) plays Tina Blake on John From Cincinnati.
West first came to notice in 1991 on the Canadian TV series True Confections. She has played guest roles in Forever Knight, Highlander, Picket Fences, CSI and Jack & Jill. She had a recurring role on the David Milch series NYPD Blue.
