Room 24 is the room in the Snug Harbor Motel where Barry claims that he was "deflowered" at ten years old. This is the room that Barry wants to destroy by leveling the Motel.

In "His Visit: Day One", when Barry mentions Room 24, John murmurs, "Room 24 will give up its dead, and the dead will be forgiven." Barry enters the room in "His Visit: Day Two", and then runs from it, claiming that it's haunted. In "His Visit: Day Two Continued", he tells Meyer and Ramon that he can hear the ghost of Gilbert Rollins, the man who abused him, singing in the room.

In "His Visit: Day Five", during John's cookout speech, John carries the spirit of Gilbert Rollins out of Room 24, and places him on a bench in the courtyard.
